2. Permitted Use & Academic Integrity
TypingTest.site is provided free of charge for individual practice, educational curriculum, touch typing coaching, and professional skill benchmarking. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
⚠️ Anti-Automation & Botting Restrictions
To protect the integrity of verified certificates and score rankings, you agree not to deploy automated software, keystroke injectors, OCR bots, headless browser scripts, or macro recorders to simulate or falsify typing performance. Falsified certificates are subject to immediate revocation and blacklisting.
3. Certificates & Examination Benchmarks
TypingTest.site issues speed certificates based on rigorous mathematical calculations: 5 strokes per standard word, net error subtractions, and duration criteria. While our simulation modules (e.g. SSC DEST, CPCT, High Court) closely mirror published official formats, TypingTest is an independent educational tool. Official examination boards retain sole authority regarding official recruitment outcomes.
4. Intellectual Property
The software, typography engines, interface designs, sound assets, and educational texts contained within TypingTest.site are the intellectual property of TypingTest and its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property treaties.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to uptime guarantees, device compatibility, or freedom from momentary browser latency.
